We work closely with hire companies who can usually have you in another car the same or next day. You will be provided with a car on a like for like basis. You will then have the replacement car until yours is repaired or until you take delivery of a new car if yours was written off.
If your GP or the hospital advise that you need physiotherapy, that can be arranged for you too. Private physiotherapists can also often offer evening appointments that may be more convenient for you and can see you quickly which is essential to help you recover faster and a boon in areas where the NHS waiting list is long.
Both of these services can be arranged at no outlay to you. The costs are claimed back directly from the other side. They are not deducted from any other part of your claim, they are additional claims.
